Chez Max began as a chef-to-go meals venture and quickly grew into so much more.
Our original concept was to provide customers with a quick and easy way to eat healthy and stay fit - You can do this online or call us for details. |
But with so little options for ethnic food in our small city, we chose to give Fort Mcmurray something unique and unforgettable.
We now offer Authentic Jamaican Cuisine - eat-in, take-out, or delivery. we also cater to large and small groups providing lunches daily to local businesses |

2016 FORT McMURRAY WILDFIRE
On May 1, 2016, a wildfire began southwest of Fort McMurray, Alberta, swept through the community of Fort McMurray and became the costliest disaster in Canadian history.
We at Chez Max, along with many others, did our best to support the community during this time of need.
Once a year Rocky Mountaneer, a privately owned luxury tourist train company, celebrates people and organizations who give selflessly to positively impact the lives of others by inviting those individuals onboard the train with their families for an unforgettable experience in Western Canada.
These people spend quality time connecting with loved ones and making memories to last a lifetime.
Maxine and Jeff were fortunate to have been included in their 2016 trip.
